What We Do

A Unified Voice

The Connecticut Charter Schools Association is a nonprofit membership organization that serves as a unified voice for the 22 public charter schools, representing their interests at the state and local levels. The Connecticut Charter Schools Association supports public charter schools throughout Connecticut in the following ways:

Advocate

We advocate at the state and local levels for access to resources and fair policy for charter schools.

Convene

We bring together stakeholders to build a stronger public charter schools sector.

Increase Quality

We increase quality in the charter school sector by advancing new opportunities for schools to grow and thrive.

Promote

We promote the positive impact public charter schools have on the lives of students and help parents to find schools that their children can attend.
